Every club. One calendar.
See every practice and meeting together, spot overlaps, and find a time that works for everyone.
The problem
Four clubs. Seven apps.
Something always slips.
Group texts, Discord, email, Instagram, Google Forms, spreadsheets. Students in several clubs juggle them all.
Klubbo puts every club in one place.
Channels for every club
Chat with your club in focused channels, and turn any message into a task.
Quiet during class
Phones away in class. Klubbo holds messages until the bell rings.
Plan it. Get it approved.
Create events, get advisor and student-council approval, post to school events, and fill every volunteer spot.
Parents help out
Parents can read announcements, sign up to help, and sign permission slips. Student channels and DMs stay student-only.
Your school's official home
A school account for every club, so students, advisors and staff are all in the same place.
Every club runs on your school's rules
Built on your school's guidelines.
- Advisors approve events
- Staff on every field trip
- No private adult–student DMs
- Quiet during class time
- Report and block everywhere
- Records kept by district policy
Inside those rules, students run their own clubs.
